1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Products purchased under special offers such as:

Buy Any 3 T-Shirts @ ₹999

Buy Any 2 T-Shirts @ ₹999


Products purchased during clearance sales or heavy discounts

Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer


3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for eligible returned products

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued via:

Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

Bank transfer or store credit (for Cash on Delivery orders)

 

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team with your Order ID and product images


2. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process


3. After inspection, refund/exchange will be processed accordingly

 

6. Important Notes

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
